These old bushvines produce magnificent, voluminous bunches with small berries. The grapes are harvested once they have taken on a golden hue and ripened under the South African sun. They are crushed in the tank for light skin contact. Fermentation occurs spontaneously on the full lees, and the wine is aged in neutral oak barrels for an additional 12 months before bottling.
